    The Loan Sales Officer will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential clients, promoting our loan products, and guiding customers through the loan application process. This role requires excellent sales skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and a dedication to customer service.Key Duties Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including field visits, referrals, and networking. Promote and explain the features and benefits of our loan products to prospective customers. Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather all necessary documentation. Evaluate the financial status of applicants to determine their eligibility for loans. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the loan application process. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Branch Manager.
