- Lead content strategy initiatives, with a specific focus on digital channels like YouTube and social media platforms
- Proactively works on briefs and storyboards to build out video concepts.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects
- Understands on-site production team's needs and specifications.
- Proficient in all aspects of editing with excellent use of music, graphics, typography, voiceovers and color grade in video edits
- Understands digital channel requirements, i.e. cuts down, resizing and captions
- Works well with timelines to deliver all videos on time.
- Monitors digital video trends on YouTube and social media and brings a comprehensive knowledge to the team.
- Undertakes other creative duties as assigned
Requirements: - Highly skilled Video Editor, Producer, visual storyteller, and creative thinker, capable of understanding concepts, bringing ideas to life, and creating engaging videos
- Leading the creative planning of all video content, from Ideation, through to research, storytelling, scripting, to execution and delivery
- Review content performance to make changes, recommendations and optimize for success

- In-depth knowledge of platforms, creative industry and trend

- Versatile with style and technique and able to adapt to current video trends, content creation forms and methodologies
