Sales & Records Executive (In-Shop) - Ketu, Nigeria - AffilBase Network Limited

A goods shop located within Ketu in Lagos State is in need of a Sales and Records Executive living in Ketu to perform inside sales activities which involve taking detailed records of what is sold in the shop, oversee attending to customers and collecting payments for goods bought.

• Resume early in the morning to ensure shop is set up and open for business
• Attend to all customers coming in to the shop and assist them with their needs
• Ensure security and safety of all goods and properties within the shop
• Record detailed daily sales transactions
• Close shop in the evenings after the day's work
• Be watchful and vigilant of all activities, transactions and occurrences in the shop
• Coordinate/Handle collection, sorting and arrangement of goods delivered by suppliers as required
• Must be willing to perform other tasks assigned by shop owner when necessary

• School Certificate/OND holders only
• Good communication skills in English and local languages
• Ability to attend to customers in a friendly and cordial manner
• Must be based in Ketu Area. Proximity to the shop is of utmost importance
• Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Excell to record transactions and able to use a computer.
• Honesty, Integrity and Loyalty is expected.
• Vigilance and attention to detail while in the shop is a very important quality for this job.
• Must have a serviceable smartphone for easy communication
• Must not be Lazy.
