    We are seeking an experienced Product Development Director to lead our product development team in creating innovative and high-quality products that meet customer needs.

    • In-depth knowledge of business objectives and their application to product development and quality management.

    • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.

    • Experience with paint formulation, design, and quality testing is highly desirable.
