    Responsibilities:
    As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of our office.


    Your key responsibilities will include:
    Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
    Coordinating office events, meetings, and appointments.
    Supervising administrative staff and supporting their professional development.
    Handling correspondence and communications, both internal and external.
    Managing office budgets and expenses efficiently.
    Assisting in HR-related tasks, including onboarding and maintaining employee records.
    Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    Collaborating with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
    Executive reporting on financial performance of operations under management


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
    Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities effectively.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
    Understanding of HR processes is a plus.
