    The Project Manager/Business Analyst will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and align initiatives with organizational goals while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Business Analysis & Product Strategy

     Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to enhance market share and customer satisfaction.

     Develop and implement product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize impact.

     Translate business needs and product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

     Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision and objectives.

     Evaluate promotional plans to ensure effective messaging and strategy execution.

     Represent the company by gathering customer feedback to inform continuous product improvements.

    Project Management & Execution

     Plan, initiate, and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

     Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with input from key stakeholders.

     Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.

     Monitor project progress, manage changes, and proactively mitigate risks.

     Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external partners for seamless project execution.

     Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.

     Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management on project status, milestones, and risks.

    Proposal Writing & Documentation

     Design and deliver compelling proposals and project plans that capture new business opportunities and secure lucrative contracts.

     Draft and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and project roadmaps.

     Conduct research and analyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and potential growth opportunities.

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    Qualifications & Experience

     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

     3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related role.

     Strong background in proposal writing and preparing documentation for funding, grants, and stakeholder approval.

     Experience working with software development teams, product management, and technology-based projects.
