    Job Title: Portfolio Manager and Client Services Specialist

    Description:

    The ideal candidate will have experience in client sourcing, portfolio management, customer service, and marketing campaign execution. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our clients' portfolios and improve their overall satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clients' Portfolio Management:
      • Develop and implement tailored portfolio management solutions for clients.
      • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with clients' goals and objectives.
      • Analyze market trends and economic conditions to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
    • Client Sourcing:
      • Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and referrals.
      • Budget and prioritize lead generation activities to maximize ROI.
      • Build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
    • Customer Service:
      • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
      • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
      • Escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
    • Marketing Campaign:
      • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and products.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.
      • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
    • Skillset:
      • Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
