    Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and sustainable agreements.
  • Close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Use market insights to adapt sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and deals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products or services.
  • Address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.


    Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Minimum of BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
