    Job Description

    We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team at PST. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving strategic account plans, and providing timely and accurate reporting on key account performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts
    • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases
    • Foster a culture of customer-centricity, professionalism, and excellence within the organization
    • Pro-actively identify gaps in current process and systems and offer solutions for improvement

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
    • 5+ years experience in a similar role
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    Essentials:

    • Proficiency with ERP Next or similar application
    • Experience with a ticketing system
    • Experience in e-commerce
    • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM)
    • Capable of establishing process design with maximum automation
    • Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team
    • Able to work +or - 4 hours CET

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in Global Trade
    • Knowledge of German language
