Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Senior Interior Architect. The Senior Interior Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing interior architectural projects. Key tasks include developing detailed designs, coordinating space planning, managing interior fit-outs, supervising construction processes, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and design standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Extensive experience in Architecture and Interior Architecture, including building design and structural planning.
- Strong capability in managing Interior Fit-out projects from concept to completion, with a focus on quality and timelines.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, and manage project resources effectively.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in interior architecture or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge and understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards is an advantage.
