    Description

    Job Summary

    This role involves working independently to design, implement, and troubleshoot distributed audio systems, IoT Systems, AV equipment, smart home control, and shading and lighting systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks
    • Design and support network systems and infrastructure
    • Configure and operate routers and switches
    • Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on analysis
    • Complete in-home consultation and assessment
    • Architect tailored Smart Home solutions that meet customers' needs
    • Analyze customer issues and recommend solutions using problem-solving skills
    • Sell solutions based on product knowledge and customer needs
    • Activate and upgrade systems with enhanced technology
    • Perform equipment activation, including cameras, security hardware, IoT devices, and smart home devices

    Requirements

    • Complete customer onboarding and education of key products and services
    • Experience in home automation preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Minimum 4 years' experience in IoT, network administration, connectivity, and information systems
    • Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals
    • Detailed understanding of IoT, Networks, and Systems
    • Expert Knowledge of Home automation Systems
    • Tech Savvy
    • IT certifications

    This position requires a resident on the island, as specified in the job requirements.
