Job Objective:
To plan, market, organize and execute training mandates efficiently.
He/she will leverage expertise in business development and training to drive revenue growth and client acquisition through the delivery of high-quality, customized training solutions.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Generate leads, prospecting for new business opportunities, and actively promoting training services to potential clients through various channels.
Design marketing brochures for open courses and ensure that they are printed.
Market aggressively all open courses and ensure that all courses run as scheduled.
Research and prepare content training and workshops.
Update course materials and ensure that bound copies are made two days before course commencement.
Research the market and obtain feedback from existing clients/customers to develop new training products and enhance existing ones.
Research the macroeconomic environment to identify trends and training need implications.
Develop training proposals that address those needs and devise marketing strategies.
Ensure that all training-related business development expenses create value for money and are executed promptly.
Perform any other task assigned by the Managing Consultant.
Job Requirements
B.Sc. in Business Admin, Social Sciences, or other related fields (minimum of 2:2); professional qualifications in Human Resources are added advantage
- 5 years of work experience. (Proven work experience as a training consultant, training coordinator, or similar role).
He/she must have solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple pieces of training at the same time.
He/she must have good knowledge of learning and development as well as understand effective business development.
He/she must be detailed and result oriented, with a demonstrable positive attitude with a high level of enthusiasm for the role and field.
Good people management skills and ability to multitask.
Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and contemporary data management software.
Not more than 30 years.
