- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content for the clinic's social media platforms, website, and blog.
- Develop multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, to enhance online presence.
- Manage and maintain the clinic's social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Schedule and publish posts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
- Optimize the clinic's website for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.
- Regularly update website content to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing patients.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to optimize results.
- Brand Communications:
- Develop and implement brand communication strategies to build and enhance the clinic's brand identity and reputation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote new services, special offers, and events.
- Cordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage.
- Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors' activities.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and brand communications.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools is an advantage.
