    Senior Facility Manager Job Description

    As a Senior Facility Manager, you will lead the management of operations for assigned properties, ensuring optimal maintenance and managing relationships with contractors and vendors. Your expertise in facility management for high-rise commercial buildings is crucial to delivering exceptional service to stakeholders and tenants.

    Facilities Operations

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our assigned properties. This includes directing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of the facilities.

    Financial Management

    The ideal candidate will manage facilities budgets and optimize resource allocation for maintenance and operations.

    Responsibilities include managing relationships with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, and effectively engaging with C-suite stakeholders to address strategic property management needs.

    Property Management

    This role requires ensuring smooth operation and management of multi-tenanted high-rise commercial buildings, implementing best practices for managing A-grade commercial properties to maximize client satisfaction.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    A first degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with 10–12 years of experience in Facility Management, specifically with high-rise commercial properties. Professional certifications such as COREN and IFMA are mandatory.
