    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements B.Sc / HND in Accounting or any other related disciplines Minimum of 8 years cognate experiences; Certification in warehousing or supply chain will be an added advantage; Inventory management skills.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Summary The candidate is responsible for will be responsible for the day to day operation of the stores section, provide expertise in the procurement of supplies and oversee the movement of stocks and supplies. The candidate may also be responsible for tasks such as inventory management, sales promotions, and other administrative duties.Job Duties Direct and monitor day to day stores activities, allocate work to the team and check outputs, and ensure outputs meet customer requirements, both in terms of quality and quantity. Provide guidance to stores staff as required on suitability of stock, location of deliveries, planned and ad hoc delivery schedules and use of the stock management system. Ensure that all hazards are identified and managed to an acceptable level and ensure all relevant documentation is also completed. You will also ensure you demonstrate your commitment to Health and Safety by leading by example. Plan, direct, and coordinate the overall activities of the storeroom or warehouse. Ensure confirmation of quantities received from transporter into warehouse, or received by transporter to be transported from the warehouse. Support delivery of goods to institutions, field warehouses or distribution points including. Prepare monthly stock movement reports.
