    Job Position: Senior Civil Engineer

    Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

    Employment Type: Full-time

    About the Role

    • We are seeking to hire three (3) experienced Civil Engineers to join our growing team in Abuja. We're looking for highly skilled professionals with over 10 years of hands-on experience in real estate and construction projects.
    • Candidates must be COREN certified and possess a strong background in structural designs, project supervision, and site coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects from design to execution.
    • Review and validate structural designs and drawings.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
    • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
    • Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and cost estimates.
    • Liaise with architects, quantity surveyors, and project managers to align project objectives and resolve issues.
    • Ensure strict compliance with COREN, Nigerian building codes, and industry best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 10 years of post-graduation working experience in construction or real estate.
    • COREN certification is mandatory.
    • Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, etc.).
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proven track record of successfully completed commercial or residential building projects.
    • Applicant must be resident in FCT, Abuja.
