Job summary

Manage day to day operational and administrative duties,
Manage MD's calendar and meeting schedules using prioritization skills,
Travelling and Accommodation reservations,
Filing documents records reports,
Coodinate logistics materials for meetings presentations,
Draft memos letters emails documents responses directed by MD.


Serves as primary point contact for administrative needs of MD.
