    Description

    Marketing and Communications Business Partner

    We are seeking a Marketing Communications Business Partner to drive marketing efforts for our retail division.

    Purpose of the Job

    You will collaborate closely with the Group Marketing Team to align brand and marketing strategies, while tailoring campaigns and initiatives to suit the unique needs and objectives of the retail division.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
    • Align Brand Attributes/Brand Management
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Content Creation and Management
    • Achieve operational SLA and KPIs for group marketing department
    • Enhance Customer Experience

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing (minimum 2.1)
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the telecommunications/technology sector or advertising agency
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and communication techniques
    • Ability to execute marketing strategies across ATL and BTL channels

    Desirable Skills

    • Data-driven mindset and understanding of key marketing metrics
    • Experience developing marketing reports using Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Experience working within a group marketing structure
    • Customer Focus, Tech savvy, Action orientation, Drive results, Cultivate Innovation, Ability to optimize work processes, Resilience, Self Development, Nimble Learning, Ensures Accountability, Develops Talent, Drives Engagement, Drives Vision & Purpose
