    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the branch's operations, including sales, leasing, property management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents, property managers, and administrative staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance, including sales activities, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to optimize resources and achieve company-wide objectives.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.

    Remuneration: NGN 200, ,000, with additional incentives based on performance.
