    Job Title: Sales Representative

    We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Representative to engage with customers and promote our products/services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Present and sell products/services using effective arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their requirements.
    • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within set schedules.
    • Coordinate sales efforts with team members.
    • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends.

    Requirements:

    • SSCE qualification.
    • At least 1 year of work experience as a Sales Representative.
    • Knowledge of MS Office.
    • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales.
    • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
