RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description Coordinate and supervise the activities of nurses. Managing and supervising operational issues in the School Clinic. Responsible for performance and discipline among the nursing staff. Managing the duty roster and allocating the staff depending on the workload. Prompt incidence reporting and management of patients' grievances. Ensure and monitor adherence to nursing policies and protocols by the staff. Accountable for the equipment used in the nursing and clinical care areas. Providing on-the-job training as and when variances are observed. Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing services. Helps in allocating Nursing personnel to various Nursing Services Departments. Keep records and reports of the Nursing Services. Supervise care given in various departments Guide and counsels nursing staff. Arrange orientation programmes for new nursing staff. Maintain discipline among nursing personnel
