    Description

    Civil Engineer

    Manage, supervise, and coordinate a team of 10 professionals specializing in civil work and finishing.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Maintenance of high-rise buildings
    • Expertise in various fields, including Aluco board and façade installation
    • Installation of aluminum/glass, finishing of doors and windows partition
    • Monitor maintenance work and delegate tasks to subordinates
    • Contractor management, including sourcing, pricing, and tendering to completion

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • HND/B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering with 5-6 years of relevant work experience
    • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an added advantage
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license is often required
    • Hands-on experience in building finishing and construction
    • Relevant experience through internships or co-op programs
    • Proficiency in industry-specific software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer-aided design software
    • Strong skills in math, science, and engineering principles
    • Effective communication and team collaboration skills for managing diverse teams and working with clients and professionals
