Job Summary:

LUMKALT ENERGY LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as an Engineering Services Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our substation infrastructural construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered safely, sustainably, and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with excellent knowledge of engineering principles and practices. They will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams of engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams of engineers and technicians on substation infrastructural construction projects
• Ensure that projects are delivered safely, sustainably, and efficiently
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet their needs
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field
• Strong background in civil engineering, with excellent knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to motivate and direct teams of engineers and technicians
