- As a Porter, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of the premises, typically in establishments such as hotels, hospitals, apartment complexes, or office buildings.
- Grounds-keeping: Keeping outdoor areas clean and orderly, including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping duties such as mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and watering plants.
- Assistance to Guests or Residents: Providing assistance and support to guests, residents, or tenants as needed, including helping with luggage, delivering packages, or responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitization:
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all areas of the facility, including hallways, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces. Ensuring surfaces are sanitized regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.
Trash Removal:
Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling materials from designated areas, ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed and waste is managed efficiently.
Maintenance Tasks:
Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and reporting larger maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Security and Safety:
Monitoring premises for any safety hazards or security concerns and reporting incidents or suspicious activities to management or security personnel.
Inventory Management:
Keeping track of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other materials, and notifying supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
Adherence to Regulations:
