    The ideal candidate should possess strong operational skills, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for efficiency and improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various operational functions to ensure seamless and efficient business processes. This role requires a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a leader who can drive operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and optimize the supply chain process from procurement to distribution.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and finished products.
    • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Coordinate logistics activities, including shipping, transportation, and warehouse management.
    • Streamline distribution processes to enhance overall efficiency and reduce lead times.
    • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
    • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures.
    • Lead and motivate the operations team, providing guidance and support.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable terms for the company.
    • Utilize data analysis tools to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
    • Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in operations management within the beauty and cosmetic industry is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Smart and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
