- Conduct thorough market research to identify and list properties within the designated axis.
- Regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current information (price adjustment or any new information).
- Take high-quality, professional pictures of all listed properties to enhance their visual appeal.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure visually appealing and accurate property presentations on online platforms.
- Work closely with the sales/leasing team to provide them with up-to-date information on available properties.
- Maintain regular communication with property owners to provide updates on listing performance.
- Maintain accurate records of property details, updates, and transactions
- Implement best practices for enhancing property appeal through visuals.
- Ensure all necessary documents related to property listings is complete and complaint with company's standards.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market analysis.
- Stay informed about the real estate market trends in the designated axis.
Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Listing Agent or similar role in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the specified axis (Ikoyi-Abraham Adesanya).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in photography and visual presentation techniques.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in property information management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Location: - Preferably lives on the island or a commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1.
- Must know how to drive
