The Role
We're hiring a
Project Supervisor
who can think ahead, lead with clarity, and ensure that design intent translates seamlessly into real-world execution. You'll serve as the bridge between design and site, operations and artisans — and you'll be responsible for managing installations, coordinating teams, and maintaining our high execution standard across all interior and furniture projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution across site and workshop projects
- Interpret and enforce design drawings with clarity and precision
- Coordinate artisans, installers, and logistics for timely delivery
- Monitor materials, dimensions, and quality during installation
- Flag risks early, resolve site issues, and communicate updates quickly
- Maintain visual and structural quality from factory to final styling
- Report progress consistently to the Creative Director and Design Supervisor

- Have experience coordinating factory-to-site transitions
- Understand basic costing, material logistics, or workshop pacing
