- Conduct
user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - Collaborate
with product managers to define product requirements and goals. - Ideate,
sketch, and create conceptual designs for new products or features. - Develop
wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas. - Iterate
designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis. - Work
closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately. - Maintain
design consistency and quality across all products and platforms. - Stay
up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. - Contribute
to the evolution of the design process and methodologies within the
organization. - Present
design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements: - Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's
degree - Proven 2
years experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or similar role - Strong
portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impact on
products - Proficiency
in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma,
etc. - Solid
understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies - Experience
with user research techniques such as interviews, surveys, and usability
testing - Excellent
communication, collaboration, and presentation skills - Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams - Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills - Passion for
creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation
