    Growth and User Acquisition Specialist

    Play a key role in expanding WhooshNG's reach and impact by driving growth strategies, user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Identify and prioritize new customer segments, channels, and market opportunities.
    • Launch growth-driven campaigns to increase website traffic and customer conversions.
    • Monitor and optimize initiatives for measurable success.

    Key Tasks:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing).
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and impactful content.
    • Build strategic partnerships with vendors, agents, and influencers to expand WhooshNG's presence.
    • Analyze acquisition funnels to identify and implement improvements.

    Data-Driven Insights:

    • Interpret user data to understand behavior, preferences, and trends.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine growth strategies.
    • Utilize data insights to enhance marketing campaigns and overall user experience.

    Retention and Engagement:

    • Implement retention initiatives such as loyalty programs, personalized messaging, and special offers.
    • Collaborate with customer support to resolve pain points and enhance satisfaction.
    • Develop targeted strategies to increase repeat usage and minimize churn.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with product, operations, and marketing teams to align on growth objectives.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution.
