Seeking a Senior Event Specialist

We're seeking a talented Senior Event Specialist to join our team and take charge of planning and executing exceptional events that exceed expectations.
As a Senior Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our event strategy, overseeing the planning and execution of exceptional experiences that surpass client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end event management and execution, including concept development, logistics, budgeting, service provider management, and on-site coordination.
Develop and implement overall event projects and operations to align with the company's objectives and client needs.
Lead a team of event professionals and freelancers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful event execution.
Oversee all aspects of event management and operations, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, service provider recruitment, management, and timeline development.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and partners to facilitate successful collaborations.Evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement, providing strategic recommendations for future events.
Manage event risks and troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the planning and execution phases.
Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations for all events.
Conduct thorough research on venues and service providers to ensure optimal choices for each event.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges and risks to ensure flawless event delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance event experiences.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in event planning and management in a lead role.
Proven track record of successfully executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate conferences to large-scale experiential activations.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Proficiency in event management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
A creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
