    Job Overview:


    Prime Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing kitchen operations.


    Responsibilities:

    Menu Planning and Development:

    • Develop innovative and enticing menus that align with Grand Amari Hotel's culinary vision.
    • Regularly update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and trends while ensuring costeffective practices.

    Kitchen Management:

    • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
    • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor the kitchen team to ensure optimal performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting continuous learning and development.

    Inventory Management:

    • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
    • Conduct regular inventory assessments and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

    Quality Control:

    • Implement and uphold quality control standards to meet or exceed guest expectations.
    • Conduct regular tastings and inspections to ensure consistency in flavors and presentation.

    Budget Management:

    • Work closely with management to develop and adhere to budgetary guidelines for the kitchen.
    • Monitor and control food costs, striving to achieve financial targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
    • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Extensive knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
