    Job Title:

    Full Time Marketing and Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand the agent database and achieve monthly sales targets.
    • Analyse agents' feedback, market data, and identify new markets for brand building of lotto games.
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, solutions, and services.
    • Onboard and pursue leads, while maintaining close relationships with potential agents.
    • Initiate market research studies, analyse data, and present findings to the Zonal Head.
    • Advise agents on new products and existing product improvements.
    • Develop daily goals for the sales team to meet sales targets and ensure business growth.
    • Cold call within assigned markets or geographic areas to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
    • Retrain existing agents by maintaining contacts and keeping communication channels open.
    • Consistently track sales tools to monitor team sales and ensure achievement of set targets.

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
    • A minimum of 4 years sales experience, preferably in the Lotto or Sports Betting industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Proven negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
