    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies within the transportation sector.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, including corporate partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders, to expand the company's client base.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the specific needs of clients, showcasing the company's services and capabilities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with strategic partners, vendors, and suppliers to enhance service offerings and explore new business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to coordinate business development activities and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3 - 5 years in business development roles within the transportation industry
  • Strong understanding of transportation logistics, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in Nigeria.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

    Remuneration: NGN 250, ,000 per month
