• Provide friendly and efficient service to pool guests, ensuring their needs are promptly and courteously met.
• Monitor pool area for cleanliness, safety, and adherence to regulations.
• Assist guests with poolside amenities such as towels, umbrellas, and loungers.
• Maintain pool cleanliness by regularly skimming, vacuuming, and treating water as needed.
• Ensure the safety of all guests by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents in the pool area.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless experience for guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive demeanor, outgoing personality, and eagerness to assist guests.
• Residency in Port Harcourt.
