    Business Development Manager

    We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan, balancing financial objectives with customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs.
    • Foster relationships with prospective clients through targeted business meetings.
    • Promote our products/services by addressing or anticipating clients' goals and aspirations.
    • Negotiate and prepare sales contracts, adhering to established laws and guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.
    • Provide exceptional after-sales support and trusted feedback to customers.
    • Cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Train entry-level staff to become valuable sales professionals.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or equivalent role.
    • Demonstrated sales success and track record.
    • Customer support experience is an asset.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
    • Native-level English proficiency.
    • In-depth knowledge of the market.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong time management and planning abilities.
