    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a talented Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts
    • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve targets

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
