    We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at OLYMPIC INKS LIMITED. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing critical support in financial operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our financial systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Tasks:
      • Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
      • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
      • Manage petty cash and expenses, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
      • Prepare bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
      • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
    • Administrative Tasks:
      • Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
      • Scan and archive financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
      • Prepare and distribute financial reports, presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner.
      • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving account discrepancies.
      • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and resolution of issues.
    • Compliance and Risk Management:
      • Evaluate and ensure compliance with financial regulations, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
      • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
      • Collaborate with internal control procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
      • Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations, with a strong background in accounting principles and practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.

    Salary and Benefits:

    The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
