Job summary
The Associate Program Data Management will support the digitization of data collection tools in SurveyCTO and other electronic platforms,+
-Minimum Bachelor's degree in economics statistics or any other relevant field
-Minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience in quantitative research methods and data management preferably with large datasets.

Implement quality checks validation processes to support data integrity under the guidance of the Senior Associate Execute data cleaning processing tasks following established protocols procedures Assist in maintaining databases systems supporting program monitoring evaluation needs Contribute to basic analysis reporting tasks assigned Generate descriptive statistics summaries program data Flag emerging trends anomalies Senior Associate Support capacity building activities training staff involved datamanagement assist development training materials standard operating procedures Help facilitate refresher trainings identified quality gaps Participate administrative departmental operations assigned supervisor Perform additional task task delegated by team lead
