- HND in Culinary Studies or any related field.
- Proven 2 years experience as a Chinese Chef or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to create traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
