    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collect, process, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
    • Perform statistical and trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Translate raw data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with business, sales, and product teams to define KPIs and track performance.
    • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data at all times.
    • Support automation of reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
    • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic projects and initiatives.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or related role.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, or R).
    • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
    • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and ensure data quality.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
