Role Summary:
We are seeking a Graduate Intern to support the Research & Strategy Department. The successful candidate will assist with research activities, market analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives that contribute to NASD's growth objectives. This role provides an opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical exposure to the capital market and develop analytical and professional skills in a structured environment.
Responsibilities:
The intern will support the team by:
- Assisting in conducting market research, industry analysis, and data gathering.
- Supporting the preparation of reports, briefing notes, and presentations.
- Assisting with stakeholder mapping and engagement activities.
- Contributing to research on market trends, policies, and economic developments.
- Providing administrative and project support for departmental initiatives.
- Participating in strategy sessions and contributing ideas based on research findings.
- Supporting awareness campaigns, workshops, and other departmental programs.
- Monitoring relevant industry news and summarizing insights for the team.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc./HND in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any Social Science discipline.
- Minimum of Second-Upper (2:1) or equivalent with CGPA of 4.00 and above
- Candidates currently awaiting NYSC deployment or preparing to commence service are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
