    Job Summary

    A highly skilled Accounting Graduate with 3-5 years of experience as an Accounts Officer is required to provide prompt and accurate financial management services.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciliation and reporting of financial statements, payment confirmations, and receipts. They will also manage payroll, analyze income and expenditure variances, and prepare annual financial reports.

    In addition, the ideal candidate will assist with tax filing, regulatory payments, capital asset reconciliations, and process improvements. They will update accounts receivable/payable, perform reconciliations, and ensure financial data accuracy in databases.

    Responsibilities

    • Reconciliation and Report of Financial Statements
    • Prompt and Accurate Payroll Management
    • Income and Expenditure Variance Analysis
    • Annual Financial Report Preparation
    • Tax Filing and Regulatory Payments
    • Capital Asset Reconciliations
    • Ideas and Workable Suggestions for Process Improvement
    • Update Accounts Receivable/Payable and Perform Reconciliations
    • Processing of Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Other Financial Statements
    • Reviewing of Expenses, Payroll Records, etc.
    • Update Financial Data in Databases
    • Prepare and Submit Weekly/Monthly Reports

    Requirements

    • Accounting Graduate with a degree from a reputable institution
    • 3-5 years of experience as an Accounts Officer
    • ICAN certification is an added advantage
