Job summary

Sales Representative is responsible for sales and business development, identifying potential customers and new market opportunities, conducting market research, and presenting products to clients in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development

  • Identify potential customers and new market opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

  • Present and demonstrate products or services to clients in a professional manner.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and distributors.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

  • Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

  • Track inventory levels, customer orders, and delivery schedules.

  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

  • Marketing & Promotion

  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to promote products.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and materials.

  • Gather and share customer feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives.

  • Territory & Account Management

  • Manage assigned sales territory or client portfolio effectively.

  • Conduct regular visits to clients and field locations to maintain market presence.

  • Monitor competitors' pricing, products, and sales tactics.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
