- Minimum of Second Class Upper division in finance or accounting from a reputable university Professional certification e.g ACCA ICAN etc is an added advantage Minimum of five O Level credits in one sitting including English language and Mathematics At least 2-4 years' work experience managing end-to-end fund administration processes including solicitation selection disbursement monitoring closure grants Demonstrable experience reviewing financial programmatic reports grantees partners ensuring compliance donor requirements Strong experience accounting bookkeeping grants donor-funded programs expenditure verifications reconciliation grant expenses preferably Nigeria Understanding donor financial compliance frameworks e.g FCDO USAID World Bank etc Experience strengthening institutional systems sub-grantees promote accountability sustainability Experience writing grant proposals presentations Strong skills Microsoft Office especially Word Excel PowerPoint Advanced proficiency MS Excel familiarity financial management software QuickBooks Sage SAP etc Strong consulting skills analytical written verbal communication presentation motivation achieve high standards customer service professionalism
