    Job Title: Business Development Manager (Fund Mobilization)

    Industry: Asset Management

    Location: Lagos, Nigeria

    Job Type: Full Time

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Fund Mobilization and Sales of Company Financial Products and Services.
    2. Sourcing Funds and Accounts for Corporates and Individuals, including Managing Investments Portfolios and Accounts.
    3. Relationship Management, Profile Creation, and Meeting Facilitation to Present Services Offerings.
    4. Achieving Set Cluster Meeting Targets, Converting Prospects, and Upselling Pre-Qualified Retail Clients.
    5. Actively Managing Client Relationships, Portfolio Monitoring, Reporting, Feedback, and Engagement.
    6. Generating Weekly/Monthly Reports on Prospect Conversion Progress and Achieving Nil Record of Client Complaints.
    7. Providing Support for Company-Related Events and Creating Opportunities for Sales Growth.

    Requirements

    • BSc./HND in any relevant discipline.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in an asset management company.
    • Skilled in sales, marketing, and negotiation with good communication skills.

    This role will involve collaborating with the team to develop and execute market strategies and provide support towards achieving set targets.
