- Provide top-tier administrative and executive support to the CEO/Managing Director.
- Manage a complex schedule, including high-profile meetings, corporate engagements, and international travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential and strategic documents, reports, and executive correspondences with the utmost discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution of decisions.
- Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and business proposals.
- Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events, business meetings, and industry summits.
- Oversee the management of executive office operations and protocol.
- Manage special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, executive support, or a similar high-profile role within the travel and tourism industry.
- A degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field; an MBA or professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record in generating business revenue, forming strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals.
