- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and business plan for the cybersecurity and cloud solutions division.
- Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments to expand the client base.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.

- Manage the division's budget, expenses, and revenue, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identify new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and legal requirements
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Business Administration, Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or related field (Master's degree a plus).
- 6+ years' experience in strategic Sales roles in IT/Software Telecoms or relevant industries.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud solutions, as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
