- Our client, a major player in the Automobile Sector and Sales of Brand-new Vehicles and Auto-maintenance, is seeking a goal-driven and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team.
- The Accountant will assist with various accounting tasks, such as recording and reconciling financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and verifying the accuracy of invoices and payments.
- The successful candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
- Reconcile accounts and prepare account analysis and monthly reports
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and payments and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare financial statements and other financial reports
- Assist in preparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts
- Assist with tax compliance, including preparing tax returns and providing support during tax audits
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the senior accountant or finance manager
- Interested candidates should possess H.ND/ B.Sc
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- He/ she should be able to work with less no supervision
