    Job Objective

    To ensure prompt and accurate accounting documentation and reporting in a fast-paced environment while delivering value to clients and the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage business accounts and prepare financial statements.
    • Report on the status of accounts.
    • Analyze all financial activities and contribute to the organization's financial efficiency.
    • Prepare incoming and outgoing invoices.
    • Monitor financial transactions.
    • Manage the accounts of the organization and clients.
    • Analyze financial statements and work with the strategy team on financial model development.
    • Collaborate with the administration team to manage petty cash.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics (minimum 2:2); professional qualifications are an added advantage.
    • 2-4 years of work experience as an account officer.
    • Sound knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
    • Detailed and result-oriented with a positive attitude and high level of enthusiasm for the role and field.
    • Good people management skills and ability to multitask.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and contemporary data management software.
    • Age not exceeding 27 years.
