JOB SUMMARY
Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist. Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Oracle Taleo and iCIMS Recruit. Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talents Analyzing the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring. Using various channels to source candidates Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions. Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing. Establishing relationship with applicants and past employees Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events Create and manage a pool of talents Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
